Our Lady of Mercy Family and Student Handbook and Acknowledgement forms

Please open and read the attached documents. These documents must be fully read and acknowledged as part of the condition for enrollment at Our Lady of Mercy Academy. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the school.
 
Print and sign the Acknowledgement and Receipt forms and return to your child's homeroom teacher.
 
There will be no exceptions.
