| The OLMA basketball program is committed to providing an opportunity for Girls and Boys to play basketball in a positive and encouraging environment. Players learn to develop individual basketball skills, as well as how to be contributing team members. Our Coaches are expected to focus on positive reinforcement and to be consistently nurturing in both practices and game situations. Winning is great, but what is most important is that our boys and girls learn and grow from their experience while having fun. |
